Mrs. Alimata Coulibaly has over 15 years of extensive field experience in higher executive management and leadership skills with a widespread background expertise. She oversaw and monitored international development and humanitarian project and program implementations proposing appropriate solutions to critical challenges.

She provides substantial strategic planning, coaching, organizing, and achieving effective work practices, procedures, and application of management principles. She has managed portfolios in both financial industries and multiple projects of medium to high-risk level and directed different programs and business development in Western, Central, Eastern, and Southern African regions, as well as in Asia, Caribbean, Latin America, and North America with International NGOs, U.N. Agencies, and the U.S. government.

Alimata is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership from University of New Haven in Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management from California State University Monterey Bay. She is fluent in French, English, and Bambara; has also studied some Spanish, Arabic and German.
